    "Campaperi" Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2016
  • Riserva Campareri is a super traditional Brunello di Montalcino, obtained from the careful vinification of pure Sangiovese grapes. An austere and elegant wine that is obtained from a very long maceration at a controlled temperature (almost a month at a temperature of 28 degrees to facilitate the complete extraction of colour). After racking, the malolactic fermentation is carried out and the wine is then matured in large wooden barrels. At least 48 months pass before it leaves these containers to be bottled and stored in the cellar for at least another year. In the glass it does not disappoint. The nose, in particular, highlights notes of dark fruit and roasting. Sweet spices and tobacco. A great bouquet that anticipates a sip of great satisfaction. Perfect for an important dinner, it should not be served too hot. 18 degrees is a limit not to be exceeded under any circumstances.
