Two Hands' Sexy Beast is a “succulent and fascinating” Cabernet Sauvignon, as its creators call it, that perfectly expresses the potential of the terroir of McLaren Vale, Australia. This is one of South Australia's most celebrated wine regions, known for its extraordinary ability to produce high quality wines. Located just a few kilometres from the ocean, McLaren Vale benefits from a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild winters. The proximity to the sea and cool sea breezes help moderate temperatures, promoting slow and even ripening of the grapes. This produces wines with great aromatic intensity and a perfect balance between sugars and acidity. Here the grapes are crushed and fermented in open containers, with frequent pumping over.
