Simply (and pleasantly) Essentia. We are talking about one of the good wines offered by the Azienda Monte Cillario, a Veronese company committed to promoting the good wines of its territory. Essentia, in particular, is a Valpolicella DOC, obtained from a classic Veronese blend, with Corvina, Rondinella and Rondinella to give each other a helping hand. Harvested by hand, to select only the best bunches, and subsequent vinification of excellent, healthy grapes at a controlled temperature. This red wine was created to give immediate pleasure and ease of drinking. This is why, at the end of the transformation, the wine is only refined in steel tanks for a period of 4-6 months and then for 1-2 months in the bottle. What results is a wine characterised by a beautiful ruby red colour. The nose is delicately vinous and fruity, with tones of cherries and currants. It is also particularly pleasant in the mouth, where one discovers a wine that is fresh and soft, pleasantly tannic and drinkable. It is the classic wine that should never be missing at a nice dinner with friends. Perfect with appetisers, tasty first courses and fresh cheeses.
