    • Sensations Sherazade has a brilliant ruby red colour with violet hues. From the fruity bouquet emerge hints of plum and cherry which are accompanied by hints of delicate spice (black pepper) and balsamic notes. On the palate, the fruity notes can be found again; it is soft and supported by an excellent freshness. A well-integrated tannin completes this fragrant and pleasant wine.
    • Vinification Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about 6-8 days at a temperature of 24-25°C. Once the malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine is aged for 4 months in tanks and then in bottles for at least another 3 months.

    • Sherazade is the red wine you don't expect, also ideal for aperitifs. Sicilia Doc Nero d'Avola, in the glass it has a beautiful bright ruby red colour with violet reflections. The bouquet is pleasantly fruity. Hints of plum and cherry emerge, accompanied by hints of delicate spice, particularly black pepper, and balsamic notes. In the mouth, the lovely fruity notes perceived previously return, but above all a soft red wine is revealed, well supported by a pleasant freshness. The tannins are well integrated, thus completing the picture of a fragrant and pleasant wine. It is also extremely versatile at the table.
