Take a Chardonnay and plant it anywhere in the world. Regardless of climate or exposure, Chardonnay will always know how to give us beautiful surprises. And it's not just a climate thing. Chardonnay, in fact, like few grape varieties in the world is capable of producing extraordinary wines regardless of how it is processed. DB Chardonnay by De Bortoli Wines, the result of pure Chardonnay grown in Mudgee, in the wide and fertile valley of the Cudgegong River.
