La Luna e i Falò is a nice Barbera, very typical of its type. A wine that comes from a careful management of the vineyard and, above all, from a particularly low yield at the time of harvest. The result is a rich and pleasantly enjoyable wine. In the cellar, at the end of the vinification process, the wine rests in wooden barrels for a period of no less than one year, acquiring fragrance and complexity when tasted. In the glass it is a beautiful bright ruby red colour. The nose reveals intense and well harmonized scents. Notes of red and black fruits, flowers, spices and coffee. In the mouth it is dry, soft and pleasantly acidic. A wine made to be paired with good traditional regional dishes.
