For wine lovers, La Rossa could soon become synonymous with the Barbera grape variety, because it evokes the characteristic bright red colour of wines produced with this variety. In this case, Cantina Aresca offers it in the "Superiore" version of Asti, since it is matured in wood for a minimum period of 6 months, and has an alcohol content of between 14 and 14.5 degrees. In the glass it is a beautiful bright ruby red colour. The bouquet is elegant, with notes of ripe cherry and raspberry. In the mouth it reveals itself as a full and elegant wine, with notes of red fruits and a pleasant finish reminiscent of vanilla.
