A thoroughbred Sangiovese that plays everything on immediacy and typicality. In the cellar it matures for a month in barriques and steel before bottling, revealing a likeable 'Tuscan' character. In the glass Pater is a beautiful bright ruby red colour. The nose reveals fruity and floral notes reminiscent of cherry, plum and blueberry. Then, heady, comes the violet note and the beautiful spice. In the mouth, it is a triumph of freshness.
