Aged in steel on its fine lees for a minimum of 6 months, I Frati is one of the most representative Lugana DOC wines of the territory. Designed to be consumed in the year it is produced, it expresses its best qualities many years after bottling. In fact, when young it is above all fresh and endowed with great finesse and elegance, with delicate notes of white flowers and balsamic, hints of apricot and almond; the passage of time does not frighten it. On the contrary, it allows it to evolve for a long time, expressing the mineral notes with greater determination. It acquires complexity, with hints of iodine, spices and candied fruit.
