Soave is a small village perched on a hill in the Verona area. It can be seen in the distance surrounded by vineyards and encircled by an ancient medieval wall. A marvellous territory, of distant volcanic origin, even if today, fortunately, there are no more active volcanoes. From which come wines of absolute pleasantness and balance. Just like this Soave Doc produced by the historic Allegrini winery. A soft and mineral white, capable of reconciling freshness and aromaticity. In the glass it is a beautiful straw yellow colour. The nose has hints of pink grapefruit and cedar, notes of wild flowers and a hint of balsamic.
