This is certainly one of the most representative wines of the fine Usini winery. It is no coincidence that it is also one of those labels that the critics, Italian but not only, often and willingly reward, giving it high marks in every classification. Tuvaoes, Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, is produced in limited quantities from a selection of grapes harvested in the best vineyards on the estate. A very special wine, also suitable for aging. Rather intense straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections, the nose reveals scents of good intensity and persistence, with floral and vegetable scents. Notes of herbs, wild flowers and tomato leaf. In the mouth it shows good body and a perfect balance between all its components. In particular the freshness, given by the natural and pleasant acidity. Delicately aromatic, it has a floral and persistent finish. It is the right wine to enhance the main dishes of seafood cuisine. Ideal alongside a rich mixed grill, it also goes well with shellfish and seafood.
