Tenuta di Angoris has been located in the municipality of Cormons since 1648, the year in which the Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand III of Habsburg thanked Locatello Locatelli for his service in the 30 Years War by donating 300 fields in the area known as 'Langoris'. Today, it is Marta Locatelli who manages the family business, thanks to the collaboration of oenologist Alessandro Bologna, who is in turn assisted by a dynamic and cohesive staff. The Tenuta's 75 hectares of vineyards are located in the most suitable areas for regional viticulture (DOC Friuli Isonzo - DOC Friuli Colli Orientali - DOC Collio). The Angoris Estate started a long time ago on a path aimed at respecting the environment and natural resources. Since 2017, in fact, they have been able to boast S.Q.N.P.I. recognition - Sistema di Qualità Nazionale Produzione Integrata (National Quality System for Integrated Production) - an agri-food production system that uses all means of production and defence of agricultural production from adversities, aimed at minimising the use of synthetic chemical substances and rationalising fertilisation, in compliance with ecological principles.
