Vinification takes place in autoclaves, where the wine matures for about a month, preserving freshness and vivacity. In the glass, it has a beautiful soft and brilliant pink colour, enhanced by a fine and velvety perlage. On the nose, it reveals a delicate bouquet of strawberries, tart cherries and raspberries, with citrus notes that provide freshness and vivacity. In the mouth, however, the wine captivates with its freshness and minerality, well supported by lively acidity and excellent balance. An ideal companion for a good aperitif, this sparkling rosé goes well with light appetisers and seafood and vegetarian dishes. Excellent as an aperitif, it is an ideal wine to sip in company on warm summer evenings or to accompany an outdoor picnic.
