Bibi Graetz's oenological adventure began in the heart of Tuscany. A perfect combination of art and wine that has given life to a winery that has quickly become an absolute reference point on the Italian and international scene. Bibi Graetz, the son of artists and raised in a creative environment, graduated from the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Florence. However, he soon realised that his true passion was wine. In 2000, he decided to take over the family vineyards in the Colli Fiorentini, in Vincigliata. Here, he began to work and experiment with the native grape varieties of the area: Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino. Here, a unique terroir, characterised by high altitudes and mineral-rich soils, offer an ideal habitat for growing high-quality grapes. Bibi Graetz's philosophy is based on three fundamental cornerstones: the use of indigenous varieties, the exploitation of high altitudes and respect for old vines. His wines are the result of meticulous and passionate work, while the labels are world-famous for their originality and beauty. Created by internationally renowned artists, they are the perfect dress for wines with a unique and memorable personality.
