Garofano Vigneti e Cantine is a beautiful winery located in Copertino, Salento, the beating heart of Apulian viticulture. Founded by Severino Garofano, the winery is rooted in half a century of passion for the land and dedication to producing quality wines. This family tradition continues to this day, thanks to the involvement of the new generations, who have been able to integrate a modern and dynamic approach, without ever losing sight of the deep bond with the land and its traditions. Over the years, Garofano has invested in an important transformation process, introducing modern winemaking and ageing technologies that allow the natural evolution of the wines to be precisely controlled. Among the most representative grapes cultivated is Negroamaro, the true protagonist of production.
