Founded in 1947, Cincinnato is a wine-growing cooperative located on the slopes of Cori, an ancient village in the Lazio region. With over seven decades of experience, the company is now a prominent player in the regional wine scene, standing out for its commitment to promoting native grape varieties and the local area. Today the cooperative has 105 members, mostly families from the rural community of Cori, who cultivate a total of 550 hectares of vineyards and olive groves. This cooperative structure has made it possible to preserve centuries-old traditions and promote sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture. One of the most important aspects of Cincinnato is the recovery and promotion of native vines such as Nero Buono and Bellone. This is thanks to the particular territory of Cori that offers a variety of soils ranging from volcanic to clayey to sandy.
