The Borgo Conventi winery was founded in 1975 in one of the first monasteries in the area of Farra d'Isonzo, built by a Dominican monk on land received as a gift from Count Strassoldo, known as "il Rizzardo". In 2001 the winery became part of the group owned by the historic Folonari family, an important name in the world of wine, while in 2019 it was acquired by the Moretti Polegato family, already owners of the Venetian company Villa Sandi, a reference for the world of Prosecco. A corner of paradise for the cultivation of the vine that here reaches levels of absolute excellence, especially thanks to the aromatic white varieties. Borgo Conventi wines are refined and elegant, perfect for any occasion, synonymous with quality and reliability.
