Their philosophy is based on a deep respect for the land and its fruits, with the grapes being selected by hand with obsessive care. The grapes, harvested by hand and placed in aerated boxes, are treated with a delicacy that avoids oxidation, preserving the freshness and integrity of the juice. A curious fact that makes this company even more fascinating is the decision to limit production to about 200,000 bottles a year, a decision that guarantees constant control over quality and allows them to maintain very high standards.
