We are in the beating heart of the Côte des Blancs. More specifically, in the place that best embodies the mineral elegance of Chardonnay: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. It is here, in this iconic location, that the J.L. Vergnon house cultivates its vineyards, which are dedicated 100% to this exceptional grape variety. The estate covers 5.5 hectares, a little treasure jealously guarded by the Vergnon family. Today, Clément and Didier Vergnon run the company, supported by Christophe Constant, the former oenologist and managing director of the company, who is now available again as a technical consultant. Their champagnes are an expression of purity and minerality that slowly unfold over time, with a verticality that invites patience and contemplation.
