Corvée is a wine project that speaks of the Cembra Valley, emphasising the specificity of grapes rich in character, cultivated with effort, wresting land from the mountains, with terracing supported by dry stone walls. A few members, four to be precise, a lot of dedication and a common idea, that of making great mountain wines. To do this, in the cellar (and before that in the vineyard) they combine traditional knowledge with the most modern winemaking techniques. All to make the most of what nature is able to bestow. Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Rhine Riesling, Pinot Noir, Lagrein and Schiava are the varieties cultivated, each at a different altitude. This gives rise to the lines of 'structured high altitude' wines, between 400 and 500 metres, the 'high altitude bubbles', the Trento Doc, between 500 and 600 metres and the 'elegant high altitude', between 600 and 700 metres.
