  • Served chilled it is a fantastic aperitif. The Mimosa is the result of the union of sparkling wine with the juice of the best Sicilian oranges of Moro, Tarocco and Sanguinello quality. Each variety brings its own characteristic to the final mix. And the result is a perfect balance of scent, aroma and colour. A refreshing and thirst-quenching cocktail.
