Casa Setaro is located on the slopes of Vesuvius. It is the brainchild of a family that, with great dedication, has dedicated itself in recent years to the promotion and rediscovery of the region's ancient native grape varieties, some of which are at risk of extinction, such as Caprettone. Production is carried out with full respect for the environment, to create a range of wines that are representative of their territory. But always with an eye on innovation and the future. Massimo Setaro runs the company, assisted by his wife Maria Rosaria. Together they safeguard the history of Vesuvian viticulture with loving tailoring. The vineyard, planted with free-range vines, is the heart of Casa Setaro. Twelve hectares, situated at an altitude between 200 and 350 metres above sea level, with volcanic soils that give the wines a very special character.
