Today we are in the heart of France, where the Loire traces a winding path between vineyards and castles. This is where we find Domaine Arnaud Lambert, a winery that, since its foundation in 1996, has embarked on a path to enhance the unique terroirs of Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg and Brézé, in the heart of the Saumur-Champigny appellation. It all began with Yves Lambert, Arnaud's father, who at the age of 47 decided to change his life and return to his roots in the ‘Terres de Saumur’. His ambition? To bring out the best of the terroirs of Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg, working on both Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc. In 2005, Arnaud joined his father, sharing his passion and ideals. Together, they set up an ambitious project: to produce wines that reflect the essence of the terroir, expressing the minerality and complexity of the local soils. In 2009, the turning point: the Domaine de Saint-Just undertook the conversion to organic farming. A choice dictated by the desire to respect the environment and obtain healthy, high-quality grapes. Finally, in 2018, the principles of biodynamic agriculture were also adopted, for an even deeper understanding of the rhythms of nature and the interaction between the vineyard and the cosmos.
