We are in an area of rare beauty, namely in the Loire, more precisely in Oisly. This is where Domaine Des Corbillières is located, a farm run with passion and expertise by Dominique Barbou. Touraine, with its gentle slopes and temperate climate, offers an ideal habitat for growing Sauvignon Blanc. The clay and limestone soils, rich in marine fossils, give the wines a pronounced minerality and a unique aromatic complexity. Dominique Barbou, a careful and sensitive winemaker, applies the principles of integrated pest management to create a natural balance in the vineyard. Low yields and non-interventionist vinification emphasise the essence of the terroir and the grape variety, resulting in authentic wines with great personality.
