Château Pichon Baron

A majestic property on the Rive Gauche of the Bordeaux region, Château Pichon Baron is one of the most prestigious Crus of Pauillac. It is located right on the Route des Châteaux du Médoc, classified 2eme Cru Classé in 1855. At the end of the 1980s (of the 1900s), it became part of the AXA group, thanks to which it underwent a profound modernisation. New infrastructure and a largely replanted vineyard enabled Château Pichon Baron to reach peaks of excellence. The château vineyard comprises some 73 hectares in a superb location, right next to the Gironde estuary.
