Cavalleri

Cavalleri has a long history of serving Franciacorta. In fact, as far back as the 15th century, the Cavalleri family owned land in this area, cultivating it with passion and dedication. However, it was only in the 20th century that the company decided to focus its efforts on wine production, dedicating itself in particular to the production of high quality sparkling wines. Finally, at the end of the 70s, with the construction of the new winery in the heart of Erbusco, a new era began for Cavalleri. Today the company is run by Giulia and Maria Cavalleri. 42 hectares of vineyards, cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, produce grapes of the highest quality, mainly Chardonnay, the main grape variety of Franciacorta. In addition to its sparkling wines, Cavalleri is now also known for the quality of its still wines, Curtefranca, perfect to accompany traditional dishes.
