Gaffino

Gaffino - Vigneti e Cantina is a beautiful family business, deeply linked to its territory. For three generations. The vineyards are conducted according to the principles of organic farming, and only the vines that are best suited to the climate and soil are cultivated. The grapes are selected on the vine and harvested only when they are properly ripe. Small details that allow Gaffino to produce, for sixty years now, healthy grapes from which quality wines are obtained without the need to intervene in the cellar with particular oenological techniques. The company is located a few kilometres south of Rome and covers an area of 32 hectares, 28 of which are planted with vines. Volcanic soil, with the right exposure and altitude above sea level.
